Durian From Indonesia
The results of durian production are started from durian gardens which are managed professionally by farmers, then the production process begins with pickers, sellers, collectors and buyers. This is all done by reliable and experienced personnel so that this will maintain the continuity of production, quality and taste of durian.
The delivery process in very large volumes is carried out in a way, the first time by peeling durian with a special machine, which can separate the skin, seeds and flesh of the durian. Furthermore, the durian meat is collected in a shelter in the form of a small container. For shipping, the durian that has been in a small container is put into a large refrigerated container and sent via ship, container truck to the buyer's place.
Furthermore, after arriving at the buyer's place, the small container is moved to a cooler room (freezer with a temperature of -26 degrees Celsius) to ensure that quality is maintained. There are 5 cooling rooms with a capacity of 100 tons/cooling room.
